Current Available Positions
Customer Service Associate-
The Customer Service Associate will work directly with the Service Manager performing numerous functions, including but not limited to:
*Customer Service (Answering Phones, Submitting Orders, Daily Email Correspondence, etc.)
*Parts and Warranty Service (Pulling & Shipping product)
*Shipping and Receiving (must be able to lift 50 lbs.) (Packaging & Shipping Warranty Repairs)
Some customer service experience is preferred but not required. Veterans are encouraged to apply. This person needs to work well in a team setting, have an overall pleasant demeanor, and exhibit a desire to learn and grow. We are looking for someone that can learn the industry and wants to grow within a growing company.
Skills/Requirements:
*Demonstrate Some Computer Proficiency
*Customer Service Experience
*Must be able to lift 50lbs
*Some firearm knowledge is preferred, but not required
*Must have transportation, Located in Kansas City*

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
